Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions govern all engagements with EURANUS and apply to every client relationship:
- Service Agreements
All services are rendered strictly under mutually signed agreements, which outline the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and applicable fees.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful documentation and information necessary for the delivery of services. Any delays or inaccuracies in the information provided may impact timelines and outcomes.
- Right to Refuse Service
EURANUS reserves the right to decline or discontinue services in cases where legal restrictions apply, required documentation is incomplete, or information provided is found to be false or misleading.
- No Guaranteed Outcomes
While EURANUS is committed to delivering the highest quality consultancy and outsourcing solutions, the company does not guarantee visa approvals, academic admissions, recruitment placements, or any specific results unless explicitly stated in the signed agreement.
- Compliance with Laws
All services are delivered in strict compliance with applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations governing the scope of our operations.
Privacy Policy
- Data Collection & Use
We collect and process personal information solely to deliver our agreed services.
- Data Security
All client data is stored securely using appropriate technical and organizational measures and is shared only with authorized third parties directly involved in service delivery.
- Regulatory Compliance
We comply fully with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all applicable international data protection laws.
- Client Rights
Clients have the right to request the deletion of their data at any time by contacting our support team in writing.
Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be considered only if the agreed service has not commenced or cannot be delivered by EURANUS due to circumstances within our control.
- Non-Refundable Costs
All third-party fees, including but not limited to visa application fees, academic application charges, and recruitment advertising costs, are strictly non-refundable.
- Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 calendar days of payment. Approved refunds will be processed within the agreed timeframe as stated in the service contract.
Contract Terms
- Scope of Agreement
All contracts clearly outline the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and applicable fees agreed upon by both parties.
- Amendments
Any changes to the terms of the contract must be made through mutual written consent and signed by both parties.
- Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the contract will first be addressed through negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration under the jurisdiction of either the United Kingdom or Bangladesh, as applicable.
